Brigante stands for a young playful wine, the name also wishes to reference the origin of the name Brianza, in local dialect the term “Brig” means highland, hill.

Cellar:
Fermentation in steel, brief period of ageing in concrete tanks. Bottled for at least two months.

Tasting notes:
The concentration of the grapes and the intense smell of sweet red fruits instantly characterises this wine, when tasted it presents itself quite fresh and long-lasting, ending with a salty note.
