Verdure biologiche, erbe spontanee, olivi, aromatiche tipiche e antiche varietà : il cuore più nascosto della nostra azienda.

 

From our garden, almost 3000 square meters in Casuerchio, always in Valletta Brianza, we produce about half of the vegetables used in the kitchen for dishes and for the preserves.trees

Peas, onions, cleats, potatoes, maize, pumpkins, cabbage… These are some of the seeds for this season 2020.

According to tradition, on the terraces in the Curone Valley, we have grafted the years cherry, figs and chestnuts trees and we planted pomegranate and mulberry trees.

In the surroundings of Cascina Galbusera Nera, the more than 2000 rosemary plants , strictly of the cultivar Montevecchina, continue to grow and give us material for cooking, cosmetic creams PRATI MAGRI and the gin TOM TIME.

The 200 plants of olive tree(pendolino, leccino, frantoio) are close to pruning for a new year that we hope it’ woul be better than last… we are confident for a high quality extra virgin olive oil!

The Curone Valley and its recognized biodiversity is our “spontaneous garden”: the wild garlic has already sprouted and throughout the spring we will collect nettles, dandelions, borders, silent grass, mushrooms and elder flowers.
