Grapes: Red Muscat
Harvest: Manual in early September, "appassimento" drying for 20 days in the "fruttaio".
Winery: Fermentation and maceration at very low temperatures. Sugar residue of 110 g/l.
Production: 1,800 bottles of 0.375 l.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color. On the nose rosehip jam, small red fruits and cloves. On the palate in addition to sweetness, there is a fresh, pleasant persistence. Pair with dry pastries or savory, aged cheeses.
